the beatles used to release a record every six months AND they used to tour like hash heads. they even played lincoln. i think you need to get special dispensation from the record company to even release a record a year these days though.

the new album was gonna be out last spring so its a year late :(

i think they're just going thru some sad identity crisis. they probably read the board, then got all self-conscious when roddy's song titles were dissed. i can see Roddy being really sensitive about that.

maybe they're just really confused about their direction.
maybe all the dope is slowing them down.

Roddy wants to wait till next year to bring out the album because he said (and I qoute!) this is the time for 'sting's greatest hits' and i think he's worried about how it will be recieved around this time.

It says on the site in the news section about the album at the end that 'It's very good'.

With comments like that you can't back it up with a late 'we're sacred to release it now' date.

Proper chippy chips are the best fast food. With tons of vinegar, and maybe a sausage if I'm in the mood. Eaten straight from the wrapper, never off a plate.

They do this thing here called a 'super chip' which is a tub of chips with this kind of thick greasy chickeny gloop poured over it. It sounds vile but... oh actually, it is quite disgusting now I think about it.
Probably best eaten when drunk.

anyone in glasgow should try the pizzas from Philadelphia(great western road next to kelvin bridge). they're damn good. better than pizza hut by miles. and pizza hut is great.
